Spice table from above — slow drift

Spice table from above — slow drift

Eight seconds drifting across a still frame of a dark table set with a board, knives, a mortar and small bowls of spices. A DEMONSTRATION listing on a demonstration profile: the frame is a stock photograph rather than this creator’s footage, and the movement was generated from it. Priced so the paid path in the store has something to exercise.

tenn.studio B-roll licence — Commercial use (template v1)

Who this is between
This licence is granted by the creator who uploaded the clip ("the creator") to the person or organisation who downloaded or bought it ("you"). tenn.studio hosts the clip and handles the payment; it does not own the footage and is not a party to this licence.

What you may do
- Everything the Personal licence allows, plus paid and promotional work.
- Use the clip for ONE end client or ONE brand: their website, social media (organic and paid), online and in-app advertising, corporate and training videos, event and in-store screens, presentations, and print or digital collateral.
- Deliver the finished piece to that client as part of your work, and let them keep using it under these same terms.
- Use it anywhere in the world, for as long as you like. This licence does not expire and there is no cap on views or impressions online.
- Edit it: cut, grade, add music, and combine it with your own or other licensed footage.

What you may not do
- Use the clip for a SECOND end client or brand. Each additional client needs its own purchase of the clip.
- Broadcast it on television, show it in a cinema, or run it as out-of-home advertising (billboards, transit, large-format outdoor). That needs the Broadcast licence.
- Sell, sub-license, rent, give away or otherwise pass on the clip as a file, or upload it to a stock library, template marketplace, asset pack, or any service that redistributes footage.
- Use the clip on its own as the whole of a finished piece. Put it inside something you made.
- Use the clip in anything unlawful, defamatory or pornographic, or in a way that implies a person, brand or place shown in it endorses you.
- Use the clip, or any frame or part of it, to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning or AI model, or supply it to anyone else to do so.

Credit
Credit is not required. If your client's brand rules allow it, naming the creator in the end card is welcome.

People, places and property
Unless the clip's description says otherwise, the creator has not obtained model releases, property releases or filming permits. If the clip shows a recognisable person, private property, artwork, a logo, or a site that controls filming, obtaining any permission you need is your responsibility, not the creator's and not tenn.studio's.

What is not promised
The clip is supplied as it is. The creator does not promise it is fit for any particular purpose and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for this clip.

This licence is not exclusive. The creator may license the same clip to other people and may keep using it themselves.

If you break these terms
This licence ends immediately, you must stop using the clip in anything new, and you must delete the file. Work already published in good faith before that point may stay up.

Law
Sri Lankan law governs this licence and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction.
